Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for psychosis (CBTp) is an intervention that helps individuals with psychosis manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. CBTp is not disorder-specific, but it is specific to the experience of psychosis. It can be useful for clients with a range of comorbid disorders, such as PTSD and substance abuse. The course is an introductory course to CBTp. It includes a brief review of psychosis, defines conceptualization based CBTp, the evidence for CBTp, how CBTp is structured, and tips for ethical practice of CBTp. The course is divided into 12 video lessons for a total course duration of approximately 3 hours.
