This course focuses on cognitive and behavioural change strategies for unusual beliefs that are used in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp). It highlights the differences between cognitive change strategies, which involve verbal approaches and discussions, and behavioural change strategies, which focus on experiential learning and actions. The course provides guidelines for selecting change strategies in therapy and addresses the unique challenges of working with grandiosity. Overall, the course aims to equip therapists with a range of effective strategies to facilitate cognitive and behavioural change in their clients.
