This course provides an understanding of hallucinations and explores their various forms, triggers, and maintenance processes. Through a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) perspective, participants will learn various cognitive and behavioural change strategies to address hallucinations, including changing interpretations, reducing emotional reactivity, and employing exposure techniques. The course emphasizes the normality and variability of hallucinatory experiences and equips participants with the knowledge and tools to effectively support individuals experiencing hallucinations.
